Shipping

Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
Processing and shipping time estimates do not count for holidays or non-business days. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. International orders may require additional time for delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”. Signature may be required at the time of delivery.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.

If a package is returned Beauty By Hazel due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost.  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the USPS after they leave our warehouse. Any other questions or concerns should be through them (1-800-275-8777).


Returns

Due to sanitary reasons all sales are final. There will be NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES issued.

If for whatever reason the item is damaged due to the carelessness of the carrier service, we would be happy to replace the item. please email beautybyhazelinfo@gmail.com with first and last name, pictures of damaged items and order number. We will email you back as soon as possible to replace your damaged items.
